Clothing the Cold, Warming the World

The youth held a vigil on December 9, 2006 to promote the awareness of homelessness. Angie Paccione, John Kefalas, and Sister Mary Alice Murphy all spoke at the vigil. The youth (plus some adults and Angie Paccione) braved the elements and slept outside overnight to collect funds and warm clothing. Over 50 large garbage bags of clothing were collected as well as over $3000 for donation to the Homlessness Prevention Initiative! Here are some pictures from the event (click for larger versions).
