Kids under 18 free! A 30+ year music industry veteran, Derek Webb has sold millions of albums as a founding member of Caedmon’s Call. His new album is a powerful response to the urgent need for comfort, courage, and empowerment, especially for queer & trans youth facing growing threats in today’s culture. The Climate Action Ministry team is excited to begin distributing the fruits of our labor (aka garden harvests) to: * The volunteers who have made this project possible and to the members/friends of Plymouth. Each Sunday we will set out produce on a table in the Fellowship Hall. Please take some home to enjoy! * Our immigrant families * Local organizations that feed our under-resourced community members. Next Sunday The Christian Formation Board wants to hear from you if you would like to facilitate a Blessed Belonging adult small group starting in September. If you do, fill out this form by Sun., 8/31. Additional Events Faith Family Hospitality Training. You are invited to an FFH potluck and training at Heart of the Rockies Christian Church, on Tues., 8/26 at 6 p.m. Whether you currently volunteer or want to learn more about FFH, this an excellent chance to get updated and meet other volunteers. Congregational Life would like to form a Plymouth bowling team! The co-ed non-competitive league at Chipper's Lanes is Wednesday nights at 6:30, starting 8/27. Minimum of 4, maximum of 10. SEPTEMBER: On 9/5 the Friday morning men's Coffee & Discussion Group (9-11 a.m.)invites everyone to a special gathering with representatives from Rocky Mountain PBS, bringing information from the front lines of Public Media and inviting questions and comments. All welcome! Stephen Ministry at Plymouth. Are you going through a difficult time? Plymouth has trained Stephen Ministers who can help. Are you interested in serving as a Stephen Minister? Any existing O&M ministry team (or group of church members wishing to form a ministry team) is welcome to apply for a grant of up to $3,000 to be used for a project of their imagination. Anytime Join Pastor Pam’s “Getting to Know You” program, to gather in small groups of 4-5 people at a time over a cup of coffee or a meal and have fun and interesting conversations.
