Sunday mornings are a key time for us to be church, to come together in worship, warmth, and hospitality. That’s why the welcoming ministry of the greeter is important. All it takes is an open heart, a smile, and a little time. Another hospitality ministry behind the scenes is being a coffee helper who helps the fellowship time around worship by providing hot coffee and tea.

Note: On the signup you are asked to specify that the flowers are in memory or honor (or other) of someone/thing/event. This info goes in the Saturday evening email. You may pick up your flowers after worship or ask that they be given to a shut-in. Sign up: click link

Greeters
The ministry of welcome is at the core of the Way of Jesus. A simple expression of that is offering a warm welcome to all each Sunday at Plymouth by being a greeter. To join this ministry, all you need is a smile, a little time, and a willingness to greet once every couple of months. The reward is connecting with people and helping them connect.

Liturgists
Lead 2-3 short unison prayers during worship. Need to be comfortable in front of people and must read over prayers in advance. Please arrive 15 minutes before the service so you can walk into the sanctuary with the ministers during the prelude.
Frequency: generally openings allow for one service every other month or so.
