Many thanks to everyone who helped make the 2021 Alternative Giving Fair such a wonderful event! It took a village of planning and set-up volunteers, table staffers, designers, marketers, cashiers and finance folks, greeters, donors and customers and a hearty clean-up crew to raise the nearly $35,000 that has come in thus far. These mission-critical funds will support people in need in Northern Colorado and around the world and are a shining example of Plymouth’s deep commitment to Mission & Outreach. The LuMin Housing Security Initiative – and the 18 new and returning students in this year’s program – will receive our Share the Plate offerings this month.
Each of those 18 students has a story. They each have an apartment waiting for them to move into next week. And they each will be here on Saturday, along with a lot of newly-arrived international students, to gather things to turn that student apartment into a place they can call HOME.
Students associated with the Student Housing Security Initiative of Lutheran Campus Ministry (LuMin) will be housed, two to an apartment, in furnished CSU apartments, meaning beds, desks, chests, table and chairs, couch/ chairs/coffee table, appliances, and empty kitchen cabinets will be provided. International student housing will be more varied. In either case, the purpose of the Welcome Event is to provide, at no cost to the students, items that will help them make their space functional, conducive to study, comfortable and HOME.

- We suggest selecting either the 5th or 20th of the month for your gift, which allows time for regular deposits to be processed before money is withdrawn.
- To cover our processing costs, a small percentage is added on to your gift, which is also tax deductible. Note that the form below includes a special discounted rate of 1% if you give from your bank account (ACH). Example: Your $500 gift generates a $5 add-on to cover our processing costs.

Things to Know & do:
Did you miss the Food Bank presentation at the 9 a.m. service on May 1? Watch it in the video player or on our app.
Heather Buoniconti, Chief Development Officer at the Food Bank for Larimer County, has been a dedicated staff member for nearly 12 years, overseeing all the fundraising and communication efforts of the organization. She loves coming to work every day knowing she’s making a difference in the lives of the hungry in our community.

*Sunday Morning at 10 a.m.
Our Summer morning service features centuries of quality sacred music (including the 21st century) and the best of hymnody from the New Century Hymnal, which uses many inclusive, non-gendered images of God. We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of each month. Worship is centered on scripture, sermon, and vibrant music. Followed by coffee fellowship.
**Sunday Evening at 6 p.m.
(Intimate) Our 6 p.m. service is more informal and employs a variety of musical styles from jazz to folk to Celtic and classical…all with a progressive message. Followed by tea in the Fellowship Hall. The first Sunday of each month, however, we celebrate Dinner Church at this time. Learn more and RSVP here.
