Take on: Add a bit more exercise and 3 snail mail notes per week to friends.
Take on: I try to do something to better myself & honor other people. So my Lenten promise to myself & others is to be on time for work, meetings, appts, etc., which shows respect for other people‘s time & myself
Take on: I will do the Lenten devotional or another mindfulness journal for Lent this year. Thanks for making those available via email and the paper version.
